Welcome to the world of Flower Essences. Some of you may be familiar with this wonderful therapy, and for some this is your first introduction to yet another miraculous gift from Nature that is here to assist and improve our wellbeing.

Flowers in bloom carry the highest spiritual purpose of the plant, that of serving life and humanity in particular. Flower Essences are made by the energetic spiritual purpose of a flower being transferred and imprinted in liquid ? water and alcohol. This transference happens by way of an alchemical process that involves the plant, the Devas (angels) of the plant, the flower essence maker, water, and the sun. I like to call flower essences ?liquid tinctures of Consciousness?, a consciousness that is very high. Flower essences can heal us on all levels. They help to positively change our perceptions to life experiences, and they help uplift our consciousness.

The Flower essences of Languedoc come from the South of France and are specifically imbued with the spiritual essence of the Great Divine Mother. These essences work by strengthening the Soul?s light in our bodies and they enable us to connect more easily with our own soul qualities of Unconditional Love, Compassion, Wisdom, Forgiveness, Joy, Intuition and Unity with all beings. Their healing effects are very potent and powerful, yet very gentle and nurturing.

There are currently 26 essences in the Languedoc Flower Essence system and I have chosen to talk about the beautiful red ?Poppy? essence for this important time of year.

I named this flower essence ?Spiritual Exaltation? because it helps to lift up our consciousness and maintain our connection with our spiritual purpose, with our inner moral code, and with the knowing of what?s right for us and how to conduct ourself according to our higher spiritual purpose. It helps us experience spiritual upliftment and celebrate all that we are.

The Poppy essence will also help us to be focused and stay attuned to the purpose of this holiday season, and not get caught up in the daily incidences of our lives, so that we can maintain our purpose of experiencing and expressing unconditional love and benevolence to our friends and family and society at large. It will further help in expanding our consciousness to embrace not only our intimate loved ones and friends, but also our human family, our brothers and sisters all around the world in the spirit of UNITY and PEACE.

By simply taking 4 drops of the concentrate under the tongue 4 times a day or by putting 8 drops in a water bottle and drinking it throughout the day, we can maintain this ?Spiritual Exaltation? and truly experience an uplifting, nourishing, and rewarding holiday season.
