You have probably been experiencing many shifts lately, including shifts in areas of your life that you thought were certain, secure and not needing to be changed. Maybe you have been feeling different energies move through you? Maybe you have been experiencing different thoughts? Maybe you have been restless, feeling the need to change things in your life and in your physical environment? Maybe you have been questioning what serves you, and what no longer serves you? Maybe you have been experiencing an urgency to get on with your life’s purpose? Maybe it feels like shifts have been forced upon you?

As light workers, we are being activated to become more conscious and bring that consciousness into tangible expression.Times are speeding up, and the time for procrastination is slipping away. Actually there is no choice about this. We signed up for this and the roll call has already been completed. The long awaited shifts are upon us. These shifts play out in many ways, bringing us different states and emotions. Sometimes we are elated and excited, sometimes we are confused and depressed, sometimes we are angry or sad, sometimes we are open and trusting, and sometimes we are uncertain and self-doubting. Every single thing you are experiencing is part of this shift, there is not a single random incident or opportunity. Every thought, every feeling, every happening, every change, every new friend and every conversation is assisting you in making the shift.

During these shifts there may be times when you feel completely connected and one with the divine, and times when you feel alone, at a loss and even abandoned. As you reach for new understandings, new ways of being and new ways of acting your guides are there to assist you as never before. They need you as much as you need them. Your input is critical to bringing about the shift into a respectful, connected way of living for all of earth’s creatures. All those beings who are committed to your success are at hand to amplify your efforts many times over. Everything you think is being heard, every action is being received, every prayer is being attended to. The cry from your soul is joining a mighty sound that is bringing transformation as it resounds through the universe. There is not a grain of sand or a distant star that is deaf to your voice. You are being heard and you are being received beyond your imagining. As you are heard and received, so too are you transformed.

Remember a time when you felt down and alone, and someone listened to you and understood? In that listening and understanding, everything changed. So it is now, everything you are experiencing as part of this shift in human consciousness is being heard, received, understood and attended to. Look for the signs, and you will be shown. Ask and you will be heard.

Many of us are going through deep cleanses, sometimes self-directed and sometimes seemingly unbidden. Some of the changes may feel traumatic, unexpected or too much. Remember to ask for help, as help is at hand waiting to be summoned. In these present times, we are able to process and shift through our emotional states at a much faster rate than we may have grown accustomed to. Just notice and allow what is happening, without expectation. As you allow the changes, the emotions, the thoughts and the energies to flow through you, you will experience transformations that you have longed for.

This is your time, this is our time. There may be periods of uncertainty, confusion, dissonance or distress. As we integrate and let go, we find ourselves filled with grace and light beyond our expectations or experience.
